What To Expect
Join our cooking class and enjoy a unique experience while visiting Marrakech. This 4-hour experience will not only improve your cooking skills but also teach you more about Moroccan culinary traditions and history.
Before the cooking starts, we will have a tour of a local market to buy the vegetables and all the ingredients we need to cook. Afterwards, we will have a fresh mint tea while we get to know each other.
The next step is to start the cooking process, where travelers learn new techniques for peeling, chopping, and seasoning the tagines with the right spices, as our grandmothers and mothers do at home. While we are cooking, we will talk in depth about Moroccan cultures, traditions, and history.
Travelers will work together as one team to make different dishes, and this helps them learn more dishes than just one specific dish by using different spices and Ras El Hanout.
At the end, it is time to taste and eat what you have cooked.

Public transportation options are available nearby. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. We cook also vegan and vegetarian food. We share recipes at the end of the class. Do not worry about finding us, we will text you once we receive your booking. Group size is maximum 9 people (might be 10 only if we have an overbooking or for private groups). We sell spices and Tagines cheaper than tourist shops at the end of the class. Air-conditioned cooking area . Please contact us before booking if you're 1 person, as we require a minimum of two participants we need to check if we have other participants for that day or not.. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask that children under 7, including babies, not attend. Thank you for understanding!. It is recommended for women with long hair to bring a hairband.. We are open during Ramadan
