What To Expect

Embark on the ultimate taijne experience in Marrakech and master the art of tajine making starting directly from the market and arriving to the plate.
We will kick off the tour by teaching you the Arabic words for all the ingredients you'll need to cook the tajine. We will then go to the souks, the open air marketplace with all the freshest products, such as meat, vegetables, herbs and spices, for cooking Moroccan cuisine.
Once all the ingredients will be gathered, we will start cooking: the chef will teach you all the secrets of local cooking traditions. From pastilla to tajine, from tanjia to harira, you will become an expert and bring home the perfect Marrakech experience. But here comes the best part: you will enjoy the food you just prepared in the beautiful setting of a traditional Moroccan riad! Your local guide will then take you back to Djemaa El-Fna Square where the tour will finish and will be happy to give you directions back to your hotel or through the shops in Marrakech’s beautiful souks.
