You'll be picked up at the reception area of your hotel in Agadir at 07:00 for this full-day excursion. The drive to Marrakech takes around 3 hours.
After you arrive in Marrakech, you’ll meet your local tour guide and begin a 3.5-hour walking tour in the medina.
Visit the famous Palais de Bahia and marvel at the fantastic courtyards and mosaic walls built for Bou Ahmed. Take a walk through the Jewish Quarter, where you'll soon notice the difference in architecture. See the hidden Saadian tombs that were built during the reign of Sultan Ahmed El Mansour in 1557 and the Medersa Ben Youssef with its magnificent Arab-Andalusian architecture.
During this part of the walk, you'll also be able to visit shops in the souk to buy spices and argan oil if you wish.
Visit the Koutoubia Mosque and then Jemaa el-Fnaa square where you can enjoy the taste of some freshly pressed orange juice while taking in the bustling activity of snake charmers, henna tattoo artists and water sellers.
Next on the agenda is a stop for lunch at a restaurant with a terrace overlooking all the activity.
After lunch you’ll meet up with your chauffeur for the drive to the beautiful Majorelle Garden. This botanical garden is a quiet oasis and the former home of the famous French designer, Yves Saint Laurent. At the bright blue villa you’ll also find a Berber museum. Enjoy 1.5 hours of free time to explore the gardens and the stunning villa.
You’ll meet up with your chauffeur again, and begin the drive back to your hotel in Agadir, where you'll arrive at around 20:00.
