Having a food tour in Casablanca is not just a normal tour but it’s a window to see the culture clearly. Casablanca has one of the biggest ports in all of Africa that’s why seafood is the main dish here. Come with me and let’s try a different flavor meals.
It will start with a juice also some Moroccan pastries and tea and then we walk for a while inside the medina’s market to the grocery market that has all different types of vegetables and fruits and beans and spices and herbs, then we go for lunch (first we try some fresh oysters then we buy sardines/shrimps/sea bass and give them to a local restaurant to cook it for us, then they give us homemade sauce and bread and water) and then for a dessert (Moroccan pastry made of almonds).
