The meeting point is at Tangier city port main gate, outside the customs.
Note: it is located 10 minutes walk outside your cruise.
Look for your private guide with a sign of your full name in front of Lalla Abla mosque, which minaret (tower) is very easy to see, as it is the only mosque in the port.
