As an authorized company to offer safari services in YALA National Park, all of our 4X4 vehicles have necessary approvals & all of our drivers have the special licenses to provide their service as safari drivers in the YALA National Park - issued by the Department of Wildlife Conservation in Sri Lanka.

What's included
Experienced Driver cum Guides, licensed from the Wildlife Department of Sri Lanka. Transportation in a Safari Jeep (maximum of 6 passengers per jeep). Hotel pickup and drop-off (if option selected). What's not included
Entrance Fees to the National Park (11,000/- Sri Lankan Rupees - Around 35 USD per person). Can be requested with additional cost of 8 USD per person. - Sri Lankan breakfast with Plain Hoppers, Egg Hoppers, Rotti, Coconut Sambol, Sini Sambol and Sri Lankan fruits.. Can be requested with additional cost of 10 USD per person. - Rice, Chicken, Dhal Curry, Beans, Potato Tempered, Papadam Sri Lankan fruits.

Our driver/s will pick you up from the hotels in and around the Tissamaharama/ Kataragama/ Kirinda/ Weerawila/ Palatupana/ Bundala Junction/ Weligatta/ Yodha Kandiya area. They will pick you up at around 5 a.m. for the 5-hour morning safaris, 7-hour safaris & full-day safaris and around 2 p.m. for the 5-hour afternoon safaris. The time will be slightly adjusted depending on the location of your hotel and the locations of other guests' hotels who are going to share the safari with you.
Sometimes, management of the hotels assign a location within the hotel premises other than the lobby area, for guests to be picked up by the drivers. Please communicate beforehand with the hotel staff and get to know the location, if not, the driver and you will be waiting for each other in two different locations. Be at the specific place on time and you will meet our driver.
If you are travelling from a city outside our pick-up area to join the safari, come to the Ajith Safari Jeep Tours office at around 5.00 a.m. or 2.00 p.m. accordingly.
