What To Expect
Begin your day with a convenient hotel pickup in Colombo or Negombo. Your first stop is the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring ancient rock-carved shrines, stunning Buddha statues, and vibrant frescoes that narrate stories of Sri Lankan Buddhist heritage.
After exploring Dambulla, proceed to Sigiriya Rock Fortress, one of Sri Lanka's most iconic landmarks. Climb the majestic rock to witness the remnants of the 5th-century palace, admire the famous frescoes, and take in the panoramic views from the summit.
In the afternoon, head to Minneriya National Park for an exciting jeep safari. Witness Sri Lanka’s wildlife, including elephants during the famous "Gathering," along with various bird species and other animals in their natural habitat.
After the safari, relax as you are driven back to your hotel in Colombo or Negombo, completing a memorable day filled with culture, history, and nature.

Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Specialized infant seats are available. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Travel time to Sigiriya is 2,5 hours from colombo. so 5 hours will be spent on travelling up and down
