With the help of Chef Mohara Dole, you will learn about many different types of traditional Sri Lankan foods. You will learn many different curries (loofah, eggplant, lotus root, chicken, seafood, beetroot, etc.), rices (basmati, red raw rice, samba), and sambols. You will receive the recipes of the foods you cook so that you can recreate it in your own home. They will have a very personal insight to the island’s culture of cooking.
Wheelchair accessible. Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Transportation options are wheelchair accessible. All areas and surfaces are wheelchair accessible
