The Plain of Jars is the largest megalithic site in Southeast Asia, with an estimated 500 to 1,000 stone jars scattered across a wide area of low hills of Xieng khouang. The jars are mostly arranged in groups of ten to hundreds. The origins and purpose of the jars are unknown....
