Wheelchair accessible. Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Flotation devices for children under age 3 are not available. No port, no pay! Guaranteed full refund if your cruise ship does not call port in Grand Cayman at all. IMPORTANT: Travelers coming by cruise ship must provide the full name of the ship and docking time. From cruise terminals, walk LEFT for 2-8 minutes depending on which terminal your ship tenders to, until you see the Waterfront Centre building, a 2-story yellow building with a blue roof. We are on the ground floor near the south end of the building. For check-ins at the Cayman Falls office, it is opposite the Westin Hotel on Seven Mile Beach.. Travel time is included in the total tour duration

Your adventure begins just steps from the George Town Cruise Port at the Waterfront Centre Check-In Office. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour departure.
Important: Cruise passengers must provide the full name of their ship at the time of booking.

Your tour departs from our office at Cayman Falls Plaza, located across from the Westin Hotel. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Hotel pick up is offered within the 7 Mile Beach corridor area. Please provide hotel full name.
We provide free shuttle service from/to resorts, condos, AirBnB, and the Royal Watler Cruise Ship Terminal.
Visitors being picked up at the resort must provide the entire name of the resort.
