Wheelchair accessible. Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Flotation devices for children under age 3 are not available. Travelers must bring their own towel. Tour start times may vary seasonally to ensure you have the best experience possible.. The total tour time includes travel, with the Bioluminescence Tour lasting 2 hours from dock to dock.. Your adventure begins at Kaibo Restaurant Pier, located at 585 Water Cay Rd. Please arrive 30 minutes early. Look for our driver in a logoed polo shirt, who will call your name upon arrival. Note that the driver can only wait for 5 minutes.
We offer shuttle services to and from resorts, condos, and AirBnBs in the Seven Mile Beach area. The exact pick-up time will be sent after your booking is confirmed.
To ensure a smooth pick-up, guests should provide the full name of their accommodation. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
