At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time. Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship. A maximum of 10 people per booking.

Hotel Pickup Guests - Please wait in the lobby exactly 10 minutes before pickup time. (If you are late the duration of the time will be decreased prior to the time of departing unless there is an emergency)
For on island Guests Who live in the EAST SIDE of the Island the main pickups are from the Treasure Island, Comfort Suites, Ritz Carlton Hotel, Marriot Hotel, West Inn Hotel and Holiday Inn Hotel!
