The instructor is a professional chef with an educational background and 7 years of experience in Korean cuisine. Class will begin with a demonstration followed by the hands on portion.
During the demonstration, you will have a light meal and some tea or soda, prepared by Chef with high quality ingredients from multiple Korean farms. By the end of the class, you will learn how to cook traditional Korean food from scratch. The space is also perfect for taking photos during and after class, and you will be able to have your food in studio or take it to go. The studio is easily accessible to Gyeongbokgung Palace and the traditional market. I look forward to meeting everyone!
