Arriving on the mat, we will start with breathing meditation, setting an intention of the day, and gently start flowing together. After the class, we’ll have some fresh and delightful breakfast together that will bring balance back to your body.
Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. We will be in a small cooking studio.
