Lake Bogoria is a saline, alkaline lake that lies in a volcanic region south of Lake Baringo, a little north of the equator. Lake Bogoria, like Lake Nakuru in Kenya’s Rift Valley, is home to one of the world’s largest populations of lesser flamingos. The lake is also famous for its natural geysers and hot springs, which are situated along the bank of the lake and within the lake.
Lake Naivasha is the largest freshwater lake fringed by lush forests of fever trees and overlooked by the ragged-edged of the volcanic Mount Longonot on floor of the Great Rift Valley. The main attraction is the bird life, which is best observed on a boat trip on the lake.
Masai Mara Game Reserve which is the most famous for a Kenya safari. It is home to over 5 million animals which roam its savannahs including lions, cheetahs, leopard, hippos, rhinos, elephants, buffalos, giraffes , crocodiles .
