The volunteer(s) will have an exciting firsthand cultural experience of living a basic African lifestyle characterized by living in and with the natural environment and cultural activities that will teach him/her new ways of going about daily life without the intricacies of
the modern world. Skills and insights you will learn include farming practices, local cultural activities like singing and basketry as well as traditional leadership structures while enjoying local African foods. The volunteer(s) will also be able to understand the development process as he/she will be interacting with both a traditional setting coupled with elements of a developing society, and will see how the two processes interact with each other.
