Hotel Pickups: We offer complimentary pickups from most major hotels within the city limits. Please provide your hotel name and address when booking to arrange your pickup. If your hotel is outside our standard pickup area, an additional fee may apply, and we will contact you with further information.
Airport Pickups: For guests arriving at the airport, please provide your flight details, including the airline, flight number, and arrival time. Our representative will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall with a signboard displaying your name for easy identification.
Private Residences: If you are staying at a private residence or an Airbnb, please provide the exact address and any specific instructions that may help our driver locate you. Note that some remote locations may incur additional charges.
Pickup Times: Pickup times are generally scheduled 30-60 minutes before the tour start time, depending on your location. We will confirm your exact pickup time the day before your tour via email or WhatsApp.
Contact Information: Ensure that you provide a working phone number with WhatsApp capability, if possible, so that we can easily reach you on the day of your tour.
