In the event of poor condition, travelers are not entitled to refunds. Heavy congestion is highly possible due to the large crowd during the flower/foliage season. Please consider preparing snacks for the road. The weather conditions will slightly affect the flower viewing period or maple viewing period. Refunds will be provided if Konohana no Yu is under maintenance or closed unexpectedly. For safety concerns, children under 3 years old and still wearing diaper are allowed to enter Konohana no Yu. Per Japanese norms, travellers with tattoos are not allowed into Konohana no Yu. Patches to cover up tattoos can be purchased on-site (6x10cm, JP¥300 per piece).
