This tour involves long-distance travel, and those with unstable health conditions (such as pregnancy) should assess their health before joining. Participants are responsible for any unforeseen physical discomfort or sudden health issues during the tour if immediate medical attention is unavailable. If the tour is canceled due to weather, traffic, or vehicle issues, participants will be notified beforehand. If no notice is given, the tour proceeds as planned but may be rescheduled or canceled mid-tour. Full refunds are provided for canceled tours. However, for rescheduled or interrupted tours, refunds may not be available depending on the circumstances. If the tour will not take you to Kamado Jigoku, you will receive hot spring eggs at Umi-Jigoku. If the number of participants for the English tour is low, you may be combined with other groups with travelers of different nationalities. In this case, the tour will mainly be conducted in Chinese or Japanese, and English support will only be provided for certain key points, such as meeting time, meeting place, and basic introductions.
