What To Expect
In addition to authentic sushi making, you can learn and experience Japanese spirits while sushi making, wearing traditional Japanese cloth, Happi! We have prepared the ingredients that have already been cut, so all beginners are welcome! And if you want to learn fish cuts, feel free to ask us. We can also offer a menu that is friendly to vegetarians, vegans and Muslims. This is a rare opportunity to be able to make sushi with special ingredients such as gourmet, extra fatty tuna or sweet and almost creamy, fresh, red shrimp on your own!

Transportation options are wheelchair accessible. All areas and surfaces are wheelchair accessible. We have options for vegetarians, vegans and Muslims. Please inform us before your class.. Allergies, non-raw, gluten-free and other options are also available.. We don't have any special infant meals.. There is no elevator here, but we can help you go up the stairs.

Please get off at the south entrance of Shinomiya station and turn right into the narrow street. Go down the street for a while, so you can see a railroad crossing. If you turn right there, you can see us soon in front of the Nara Loyal Hotel and behind a parking area.
