With 10 years of experience working at a famous okonomiyaki restaurant in Osaka, I am excited to teach you how to cook okonomiyaki, gyoza, and other Japanese home-cooked dishes. My goal is to share easy-to-follow cooking methods. While I may not be very fluent in English, a translator will be present during the workshop to assist. I hope this workshop becomes a platform for engaging conversations and cultural exchange.
