This tour allows you to learn about and create three of the most iconic types of ramen in Japan: Shio, Shoyu, and Miso. Your journey begins with learning how to make noodles from flour, a process that is as fascinating as fun. From there, you'll progress to creating the broths for Shio, a salt-based concoction featuring pork, seaweed, and beansprouts; Shoyu, a soy sauce broth usually served with corn and other veggies; and Miso, made with traditional Japanese miso, chicken, egg, and green onion.Finally, after savory comes sweet. You'll round off your culinary adventure by indulging in a delightful dessert. And then it's time to sit back and relish your mini bowls of ramen, each one a testament to your newfound skills.
