From there, you'll progress to creating the broths for Shio, a salt-based concoction featuring pork, seaweed, and beansprouts; Shoyu, a soy sauce broth usually served with corn and other veggies; and Miso, made with traditional Japanese miso, chicken, egg, and green onion.Finally, after savory comes sweet.
