1.We have several kind of cars from 7 to 13 seats. Just choose our private, door to door airport transfer.
2.We will contact you immediately after your booking to confirm it and will request any missed details of your trip if any. One day before the trip, you will receive the phone number of your driver for your convenience. Your driver will be waiting for you at a scheduled time and you will travel comfortably to your destination.

We can pick you up at everywhere in Kansai international airport or locations in Kyoto urban area.
For the airport pick-up trip, temporary parking is not allowed for a long time. The driver will wait in the parking lot.
After the guests have picked up their luggage, they will depart from the parking lot to the temporary parking spot.
Depending on the airport specifications and layout, guests are required to wait at the temporary parking spot for 5~15 minutes.
If the pick-up service is provided with a sign(Nor For Free), the driver will park the car in the parking lot and wait at the arrivals lobby or exit with a sign. The specific process is subject to the driver's notification.
