What To Expect

A traditional Japanese tour that you must experience when you come to Japan. You will enjoy an early morning private viewing of ukiyo-e paintings by Katsushika Hokusai at the Sumida Hokusai Museum, a workshop to experience making Hokusai's karakuri folding screens, an Edo-mae sushi lunch, and matcha green tea and Japanese sweets after the meal. This is a 4.5-hour experience tour starting in the morning to experience traditional Japanese culture. In this tour, Japanese craftsmen will be present at each booth, allowing you to casually communicate with them and enjoy conversations with them that you would not normally be able to hear. Video recording and photography are allowed except for works of art. You can share your videos and photos on SNS. English interpreters will be available at the venue.
