Please inform us of your hotel in Tokyo in advance. Pick-up is only available at hotels within central Tokyo (within the 23 wards). Unfortunately, we cannot offer pick-up services at hotels in Chiba Prefecture (Maihama, etc.), Kanagawa Prefecture (Yokohama, etc.), airports, or ports. If your hotel is outside Tokyo, please meet us at the designated meeting point.

Note: If your booking is made within 24 hours of the tour/activity departure time, we cannot guarantee a hotel pick-up. In such cases, the meeting point will be Asakusa Kaminarimon.
