The main instructor has a bachelor's degree in agricultural science and has a particularly deep knowledge of soil science. He is a former tea farmer who was involved in everything from tea cultivation to processing in Kyoto. The assistant has a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and is a practicing pharmacist.
You can enjoy multiple types of Japanese tea in small portions at once. With a wide variety of tea flavors and aromas, you are sure to find your favorite.
