Katsunuma Town in Yamanashi Prefecture is the largest grape-growing region in Japan. This tour will take you to Lorient Wine, a winery that shines brightly in Katsunuma. The owner will personally explain the winemaking process, guide you through the spectacular vineyards, conduct a tasting session in the exclusive cellar, and let you enjoy the world-famous Lorient wines.
The itinerary is guided in English and assisted by a Spanish-speaking guide during the winery tour. Spanish-speaking guests will be very pleased with this tour. You will also visit Daizenji Temple, a famous grape temple, where you can experience Zen meditation. Lunch will be "Houtou," a local dish of Yamanashi. Participants will receive a special half bottle of vintage wine.
