There are 2 meeting point options, Tokyo station or Shinjuku station. Please choose your preferred designated meeting point by filling out the "Additional comments" field while booking
The night before your trip, you will receive an email regarding important information, such as the phone number of the tour guide and the license plate number of the car. Please make sure that your email and mobile phone can be reached
Due to the traffic congestion during Japanese holidays/on weekends, the return time could be later than 8 p.m. Any extra fees for the driver and guide will be taken care of by the local operator. This may also result in less time at attractions, changes to the itinerary, or cancellations. Please refrain from scheduling any other activities or transport after the tour to avoid potential losses
If the Ropeway is suspended due to weather or other factors, it will be changed to a cruise on the Lake Kawaguchi featuring the Warring States Daimyo ship, or the ticket fee of 1000JPY will be refunded
