Presentation turns to performance as diners watch renowned sushi chefs slice, dice, and prepare an entire tuna fated to end its journey on your plate. Your chef will teach you about the tuna, the cultural significance, and the ritual of the preparation and tell stories as they create a feast from the ocean bounty.
Not only can you take photos of the show (including a selfie in front of the fish!), but you can get involved, by scraping your own fatty, nutritious flesh from the bones of the tuna itself.
Groups of guests will be greeted with a welcome drink before their deep dive into Japanese history and the evening culminates in an all-you-can-drink sake pairing with the myriad of delicacies crafted from the catch. It’s not just sashimi here, folks, and it’s also all-you-can-eat.
This unforgettable, immersive dining experience will only enrich future dining with a deep knowledge of your food.
