Your driver will be holding a namecard with the name of the group representative and waiting for you at the arrival hall of the airport. If it is a hotel pickup, the namecard will be placed at the dashboard of the vehicle.
The private ski shuttle is one way: From Central Tokyo to your preferred ski resort in Nagano or the reverse is also possible.
