We will either send the voucher to you through your email or we will refund you directly if that does not work either.

This is an E-ticket voucher product for SKYTREE Admission Ticket.
After confirmation, there will be a PDF voucher file which includes the QR Code sent to your email, or you can go to your booking detail page, click [print e-ticket] button, and the PDF voucher can be downloaded.
E-tickets (QR Codes) must be exchanged to physical tickets at 4F Ticket Counter before entrance.
