Unfortunately, late arrivals are non-refundable.. The cruise operates in rainy conditions but may be canceled under exceptional circumstances such as earthquakes, tsunamis, or storms. We will notify you promptly via email in such cases.. Please note that the route may be subject to change.. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements for dinner.. Special meals are available for infants aged 3 to 5 years old.. If you are celebrating a special occasion such as a birthday or wedding anniversary, please inform us at the time of booking. We offer a small gift which will be provided by the staff for celebrations (Only for 7 days before and after the birthday). You are welcome to bring your own cakes.. Seating arrangements depend on the type of boat used that day; therefore, seating cannot be booked in advance. While we typically arrange tables by group, in some cases, you may share a table with other guests.. Boat Facilities include Western-style toilets, air conditioning in summer, heating in winter, and lifesaving devices as required by Japanese law.. Please note, that if the minimum of 20 participants is not met, the tour may be canceled. In such instances, we will notify you at least 5 days prior to the tour date.
