Main shrine gate at Hanazono Jinja Shrine, Shinjuku Sanchome Station, take the E2 subway exit of Shinjuku-sanchome Station and go up to the ground level, you will see the torii gate of Hanazono Shrine on your left. It's facing Meiji dori street.
