What To Expect
Once at Ocean Outpost, get on board a Safari Jeep and embark on a journey to historic landmarks across the property; including ruins of a Windmill and Sugar Factory. Upon arrival to the ruins of the Blue Hole Estate Great House, savor a refreshing lemongrass iced tea and a welcome appetizer while being guided through the rich history of the Great House.
Fully immersed in the natural surroundings of the ruins, be delighted by the culinary expertise of our local chef, showcasing cooking methods and uses of produce harvested from local community farmers. Engage in a fascinating "banana talk," unraveling the intricacies of the banana plant from root to fruit.
The “pièce de résistance” awaits, sample and savour an array of authentic Caribbean flavors in a four course lunch. Once your appetite is satisfied, your guide will seamlessly transport you back to our beachside starting point. If time permits, bask in relaxation by the gorgeous infinity pool or at any of our seaside lounge areas.
