ARRIVAL–AIRPORT PICKUP
Clear Immigration and Customs, exit the building & go to arrival area, enter the first door on right at information desk to exit the terminal. When outside, turn right and walk towards the Groovy area. The Scott Jamaica Tours sign will be displayed behind the barricade.
DEPARTURE/RETURN TRANSFER- HOTEL PICKUP
Pickup from the hotel is scheduled 2-3 hours before the departure time specified on your reservation. You'll be notified through your reservation with the pickup time. On departure date, check out & be ready at least 10-15 minutes prior to this time.
Arrival and Departure
ARRIVAL – AIRPORT PICKUP
Airport pickup is done on the outside. Once Immigration and Customs are cleared, exit the building and go to the arrival area. Enter the first door on right at the information desk to exit the terminal. When outside, turn right and walk towards the Groovy Grouper area. Our driver /greeter will be standing behind the barricade holding a sign displaying Scott Jamaica Tours (look for your name). Once you have identified the greeter, present your booking details to him/ her and you'll be escorted you to your ride.
DEPARTURE/RETURN TRANSFER- HOTEL PICKUP
Pickup from the hotel is scheduled for 2.5-3 hours before the departure time specified on your reservation. A message will be sent through your reservation with your exact pickup time. On your departure date, please check out and be ready at least 10-15 minutes prior to this time. Meet your driver at the entrance to the main lobby as specified on your reservation. Drivers can wait only 15 minutes after the pickup time given.
