What To Expect

Upon arrival you'll meet with your personal driver who will then escort you from the arrival area of the Airport to a spacious air-conditioned vehicle.
The journey from the airport to the hotel includes a brief lesson of our Jamaican history, a passing tour of the landmarks and sites along the journey and an introduction our mellow authentic Jamaican music.
From the hotel to the airport, your personal driver will engage a conversation centered around the happenings of your lovely vacation and also to introduce you to more of our Jamaican music, all whilst ensuring your safe delivery to your destination. Your driver may also recommend places of interest or things to do while you vacay on the Island.

Once you arrive at the airport and exit customs, you’ll look for a sign with the logo “Fresh Look Tours”. Your driver will be awaiting you.
Departing from the resort, a pick up time will be given to you. Once it is time for pick up, you’ll meet the driver in the lobby area of the resort.
