The Amarone Chateau guided tour and tasting in Valpolicella

An immersive wine and art experience in the unique Amarone Venetian Villa and Chateau built between the 1500 and 1700’s at the center of Valpolicella’s history. You will taste the award-winning wines of brothers Giovanni and Guglielmo Bertani, whose family is among the founders of the wine region. Your guide will take you through the splendid neoclassical architecture, frescoed rooms, romantic gardens and the ancient vineyards of the Clos. The visit will continue on to the natural grape drying rooms, the original vinification area of the Amarone Classico Riserva, and down to the monumental ageing cellars with barrels that are over two hundred years old. Each tour will include a seated wine tasting.

Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Minimum age is 18 years. May be operated by a multi-lingual guide and with others guests. People with disabilities are welcome at our facility, but unfortunately not all parts of the villa are accessible for them.
