However, based on the exclusive criteria of the water taxi captain and depending on weather conditions, tide level, boats traffic in the lagoon, flight delays or the waiting queue at water taxi dock at airport or any other element outside our control, we can decide to provide a private ground transportation from Marco Polo airport to Piazzale Roma and then a water taxi from Piazzale Roma to your destination in Venice, instead of a direct transfer. For the safety of passengers and following the maritime regulations in Italy, the decision of the captain must be accepted and can't be a reason for cancellation, complaint or refund requests..
