- Please note that there may be a break of up to 2 hours between the Doge's Palace tour and the after-hour visit to St. Mark's Basilica, due to the temporary earlier closing time at the Doge's Palace. In this case, your guide will provide bar/restaurant recommendations. This may extend the overall length of the tour
- This tour runs rain or shine. However, occasionally St. Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace are closed to the public, without previous notice, due to high tides or particular festivities
- The sites visited on this tour are occasionally closed due to special celebrations or high tides. If a site is closed, you will tour the exterior of the site. If time permits, you'll be contacted before the tour. For last-minute closures, modifications may be communicated at the tour start time
- The Basilica is a holy place and attire must be appropriate. All participants regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. The tour operator cannot be held responsible for being denied entry due to improper clothing
- Please note that all guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty
- The maximum group size is 25 people
