* Tasting consists of a total of about 10 pieces per person: tasting of dragés, covered in chocolate (4 or 5 pieces), pralines or truffles (3 pieces), chocolate beans and hot or cold chocolate to drink depending on the season
* No refund will be accepted for no shows or late arrivals
* The workshop will take place rain or shine
