You will start the tasting with the Bicerin, the traditional drink whose recipe was and still is consumed in the '800 century cafès.
You will walk through the main buildings and street of Turin and you will see hidden details. You will then move on to one of the best chocolate shops to explore how local chocolate makers have worked fine cocoa for our happiness.
Sampling a selection of traditional chocolates like Gianduiotto, Cremino and a seasonal pralines. Gianduja has a fascinating history, originating in Turin and dating back to the 19th century when cocoa was scarce and expensive.
The chocolate tasting will continue and you will try premium dark made with fine cocoa, that is just the 10% of the whole world production. The tastings will be 100% organic and “bean to bar” products.
