What To Expect
Learn how to cook panzerotti and puccitedde together with us in our house in the countryside just a few kilometers from Ostuni!
We will experiment together with the two recipes and finally taste the result of our work all accompanied by good wine!
Panzerotti and puccitedde are typical traditional fried foods seasoned in a variety of ways whose recipe has been handed down from generation to generation and characterize the culinary art of Puglia. Having originated as "poor dishes" they do not require a vast amount of ingredients, but above all the right process, so what better time to find out how best to prepare them!
You can choose the lunch shift from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm or the dinner shift from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
