What To Expect
In this experience you will be welcomed into our country house surrounded by the olive trees of Puglia and under our guidance you will learn not only how to cook handmade pasta, appetizers and typical desserts, but also the tricks that make the difference in our culinary tradition!
If possible, depending on the season, we will collect and use the vegetables and fruit from our garden.
Obviously after cooking we will taste the results of our work together.
At the end of the experience you will receive the recipes of the dishes so you can recreate them at home whenever you want!
For our activity you can choose whether to book the morning shift at 11:00 or the evening shift at 18:00 and it will last three hours.

Important info
Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Service animals allowed. Specialized infant seats are available. Alcoholic beverages will be served to those over 18 years of age.. As a non-alcoholic alternative to alcohol we offer Fanta.. When booking, please specify any food intolerances or allergies.. In case of animal allergies there is a cat in the house.. We offer transportation service to and from Ostuni in case of lack of car with additional price according to distance.
