Discover the art of Sardinian myrtle in the Olbia territories for an authentic experience in the heart of eastern Sardinia.You'll find yourself in a unique location overlooking the Gulf of Marinella, where you'll walk among the natural cultivations of myrtle selected with care and passion for generations.You will visit the production workshop and discover how the berries become uniquely and distinctively scented liqueurs in the steam still, where the entire harvesting and production cycle starting from the plants will be explained.Expert guides will accompany you on this sensory experience culminating in a tasting of myrtle in combination with various products and an olfactory tasting of fine essential oils. Experience an irresistible journey through the flavors and scents of Sardinia!The tasting consists of tasting four types of myrtle:
- Berry myrtle accompanied by small pieces of traditional pecorino cheese
- Berry and leaf myrtle accompanied by typical Sardinian artisanal cold cuts
- White myrtle accompanied by dark chocolate
- Myrtle and honey served on artisanal ice cream (stracciatella or vanilla).
This will be followed by an olfactory tasting that includes three 100% pure and natural essential oils available from myrtle, wild lavender, lentisk and rosemary, extracted in a steam current from leaves and flowers of local plants.

Important information
Know in advance:
* The tasting is for ages 18 and up
* Children and young people aged 6 years to 17 years will be offered juice, cheese, sausage and carasau bread and ice cream
* Pets are allowed on a leash in open spaces, but not in the production lab. You will also need to notify the guide of the presence of pets at the number you will find on the reservation voucher. Please contact the local operator at least 2 days prior to your visit
* It is possible to reach the meeting point only by car. It is not possible to get there by public transportation and it is not recommended to arrive by bike because of the slope of the road in the last section
