This is probably one of the best routes if you would like to see two coastlines- part of the Amalfi Coast and part of the Sorrento Coast. If you are transferring hotels, for example, you can get on in Positano with your luggage, store it in the cabin, and end the excursion in Sorrento. There are many options. When you are facing the sea with your back to Positano, you will see a main cement pier area on your right side where the ferryboats pick up passengers. Please wait on that cement pier area. On the left hand side of the pier you will see a little step down, where boats are pulling in and out.
