Join Barbara and learn to make a classic Neapolitan feast!
What to expect:
You'll start by preparing dessert (tiramisù) as it needs to be refrigerated for at least two hours. Then you'll make the tomato sauce for your gnocchi and for the eggplant parmigiana.
In the middle of the class, you will make the gnocchi!
Using ingredients from Barbara's garden you can then make tomato bruschetta, potato croquettes or vegetable pancakes.
Once everything is ready, fill your glasses, take your seats and dig in to your Neapolitan feast!
Public transportation options are available nearby. Guests need to communicate if they have any food restrictions (allergy, special diet, etc.)
