This experience will take you through an exciting journey into the heart of pasta production, with a guided tour of one of the most renowned pasta factories in Gragnano. You will participate in a practical cooking lesson. You will be guided by expert chefs in learning ancient pasta preparation techniques and you will discover tricks of the trade that make each dish a masterpiece. Get your hands dirty (literally!) and create your own delicacies under the expert guidance of the chefs.
