As a first point, in the morning you will leave from Naples to visit the nature reserve of Vesuvius, one of the most studied volcanoes in the world, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples and listen to the geological history of the volcano and its eruptions thanks to a Vulcanological guide who will accompany you.
After you will be directed to the 2 main archaeological sites of Campania: Pompeii, the largest, of which you will discover the beauty and lifestyle of the ancient inhabitants of Pompeii called "Pompeiani" with a local guide (optional extra at the time of booking) and Herculaneum, the first site found by archaeologists although both cities were buried by the same explosion of 79 AD.
