What To Expect
This tour focuses on local ancient history, which is of great importance to the following history of Western Europe itself, for Greek civilization began in South Italy and the Romans capitalized their great culture and continued the process of social advancement of which we are the heirs. Orientation tour of Naples: a drive along the seaside for a view of the whole bay from Posillipo; a stroll through the opulent monumental district; a walk along Spaccanapoli, the oldest urban settlement of Greek origins.
