This tour includes a minivan for the transfer from or to your accommodation.
At your arrival at the farm, they will welcome you with a hot drink, and then you'll walk down the vineyards and the wood surrounding the farm, looking for spontaneous aromatic herbs and edible flowers, with the sous chef teaching you what is best in the season and how to recognize it.
You will feed their lovely donkey family, learning why they are so special and so useful in the farm's "equilibrium.".
Afterward, you will cook some local traditional recipes, such as tortelli Lucchesi, etc., with the chef in the cozy kitchen of their restaurant.
You will have a revitalizing aperitivo, then visit the winery. Finally, you can relax by having lunch (a monthly tasting menu based on seasonal vegetables) and savoring their wines.
